| To operate the Online Saver or Online Bonus Saver accounts, you must hold a Westpac Transactions Account. Any transfers from your Online Saver or Online Bonus Saver can only be made directly to your transaction account. |

| Please download and complete the Westpac Junior Account application form. Bring this to your nearest Westpac branch along with suitable ID and we’ll open your account. |

| So we don't have to use the higher tax rate for the Government's Resident Withholding Tax (RWT), please make sure you include the child's IRD number. To apply for a child's IRD number, download the IR 595 form and follow the instructions. |
