Countries that don't accept the Westpac hotpoints American Express® Card
You can dispute transactions you didn’t authorise. You must contact us within 30 days of the statement date that includes any transaction you want to dispute.
Before disputing a transaction, consider
a merchant’s invoicing name may differ from their trading or retail name
can you match your credit card receipts with the disputed transaction?
could it be for an online purchase?
could the transaction have been made by an additional card holder?
have you dealt with this merchant before?
have you signed a contract with this merchant relating to this transaction?

visit any branch displaying the MasterCard and Cirrus acceptance marks or Visa and Plus symbols, as shown on your card
