| Factors that your premium payments depend on include |

| The excess is the amount you pay towards the claim yourself. |

$250 for each claim if you own the house you live in; or |

$300 for each claim if the house is your holiday home. |

the minimum excess is $550. |

| If you're 55 or over and live in your own home, you can pay more for your insurance and have no excess at all. |
