How Customer Voice works
If you become a member of the Customer Voice panel, you may be sent email invitations to take part in online surveys. The surveys
will differ in the type of questions and length – some may be quite short and others may be a little longer  
will be fairly simple  
are completed online - so you can start the survey when you want as long as it’s finished within the given timeframe.  
Voicepoints™ and rewards to say thanks
To say thanks for taking the time to be part of Customer Voice, you’ll
earn Voicepoints™ for every survey you complete
